Village of Princeville
 Regular Board Meeting

Monday, October 1, 2007         7:30 PM               Princeville Village Hall

The Village Board met at the above time and place.
The meeting was called to order by President Stahl at 7:30 PM with the following Trustees answering present; Sutherland, Rasmussen, Koller and Barrington, with Troutman arriving late at 8:05 PM and Knapp being absent. A quorum was present for the meeting. Others present were Village Clerk Rasmussen, Sec./Treas. Hofer and Officer Breitbarth. Supt. of Public Works Gardner arrived at 7:45 PM. Notice of the meeting and the agenda was sent and received in a timely manner.

Police report: Officer Breitbarth reported he had opened an automobile with the keys locked inside; a reported missing automobile was recovered; a stolen bike was retrieved; and an ambulance call was responded to.

Approve minutes as published: Motion by Rasmussen with a second by Barrington to approve the minutes with corrections. Voice vote. All ayes. No nays. Motion passed.

Treasurers report: Motion by Rasmussen with a second by Koller to accept the treasurer’s report and place on file. Voice vote. All ayes. No nays. Motion passed.

Paying of bills: Motion by Barrington and second by Koller to pay the bills as presented. Roll call vote; Sutherland, Rasmussen, Koller and Barrington all voting aye. No nays. Motion passed.

CCOP report: none

Fast Stop Gas Station report: The station owner reported they had some bad news and the Gasoline holding tanks would have to be changed to get their EPA clearance report, which they will be doing.

Animal Ordinance: placed on hold for review by License Committee.

Committee reports: Pool - Yearly report is complete.

Supt. of Pub Wks: Loader snow plow ordered. Well # 1 is being abandoned.  RO filters need to be replaced next summer.
