Minutes of the Special Meeting

Princeville Village Hall

The Princeville Village Board met at the above date and place.
The purpose of this meeting was to award the construction work for the East Evans Street Improvements.

The meeting was called to order by President Stahl at 7:30 PM with the following members answering roll call; Sutherland, Rickey, Rasmussen, Troutman and Barrington being present. Aquorum was present. Notice of the meeting and agenda were sent and received in a timely manner. Staff present were Sec./Treas. Hofer and Village  Clerk Rasmussen. Bruner, Cooper & Zuck, Inc. was represented by Steve Blust engineer.
 
Five firms bid on the project, of which the lowest bidder was recommended by BCZ, that being R.A. Cullinan for $228,649.23 abd 1.21% under estimated  job cost.

Motion by Rasmussen with a second by Troutman to accept the bid of R.A. Cullinan at a cost of $228,649.23 was made. Roll call vote; Sutherland, Rasmussen, Barrington and President Stahl all voting aye. No nayes. Motion passed. Rickey and Troutman abstaining. Koller was absent.

Motion by Barrington seconded by Rasmussen to approve the fees of BCZ engineers for a cost of $31,200.00 for engineering and follow thru on the project. Roll call vote; Sutherland, Rasmussen, Barrington and President Stahl all voting aye. No nays. Motion passed. Rickey and Troutman abstaining. Koller was absent.

Copies of all bid documents are on file at the Princeville Village Hall.

Motion by Rasmussen and second by Rickey to adjourn the special board meeting was received. Voice vote. All ayes. No nays. Motion passed.
President Stahl adjourned the meeting at 8:32 PM
