Minutes of the Regular Meeting
Tuesday September 19,2006 7:30 PM Princeville Village Hall
The Princeville Village Board met at the above time and place.
The meeting was called to order by Trustee Sutherland in the absence of the Village President Stahl, at 7:32 PM with the following members answering roll call; Sutherland, Rasmussen, Troutman, Koller, Barrington and Knapp being present. A quorum was present for the meeting. Notice of the meeting and agenda were sent and received in a timely manner. Staff present was Village Clerk Rasmussen and Deputy Breitbarth.
Police report:
Deputy Breitbarth reported a Domestic battery had occurred; The Bank had a Fraudulent Check; A Neighbor dispute occurred; A Civil Issue was resolved by talking; A Criminal Subpoena was served; Keys locked inside a vehicle were recovered; The Ostrom sub division speeding issue was unfounded and Speeders on North Town Ave. were issued warnings or tickets.
Leaf burning issue:
Willie Baughman has a concern with the leaf burning and would like to see some regulation governing the problem. The property committee will look into drawing up an ordinance to regulate burning. It was noted that burning on streets, sidewalks and public property is presently against the present ordinances, and some village employees currently burn on the streets. The Property Committee is to meet at 7:00 PM on Tuesday September 25th. At the village hall.
4-Way Stop sign at N. Town and E. High Streets:
Stop signs will remain as is for the present time.
Motion by Rasmussen with a second by Barrington to adjust the location of the stop signs at Cordis and E. Evans Ave, Voice vote. All ayes. No nays. Motion passed.
Donation, Lions Candy Day:
After discussion, request denied.
Paying Bills to Tom Jacob & Assoc. and Economic Development Group, LTD.:
Motion by Barrington with a second by Troutman to pay Ton Jacobs & Assoc. $688.50. Roll call vote. Sutherland, Rasmussen, Koller, Barrington and Knapp all voting aye. No nays. Motion passed. Troutman abstaining the vote.
Motion by Rasmussen with a second by Koller to pay Economic Development Group, LTD. In the amount of $2754.00. Roll call vote. Sutherland, Rasmussen, Koller, Barrington and Knapp all voting aye. No nays. Motion passed. Troutman Abstaining from the vote.
Pump house roof repairs payment:
Motion by Koller and a second by Troutman to pay Tracy Keer $3686.00 for the roof repairs. Roll call vote. Sutherland, Rasmussen, Troutman, Koller, Barrington and Knapp all voting aye. No nays. Motion passed.
Committee reports:
The License committee has determined that a $15.00 fee is to be charged for each machine, with a cap of $150.00 for each business.
Motion by Barrington and second by Koller to set the machine license fee’s as determined by the committee. Voice vote. All ayes. No nays. Motion passed.
Pool committee, will sand blast the painted areas in the spring and paint at that time.

Motion by Troutman with a second by Koller to adjourn the meeting.
The meeting was adjourned by Trustee Sutherland at 8:25 PM.
