Village of Princeville
Special Board Meeting

September 7, 2006                      7:00 PM               Princeville Village Hall

The Village Board met at the above time and place to learn of the possibility of
An Independent Living Center being built in the Village of Princeville.
The meeting was called to order by President Stahl at 7:06 PM. Board members present at roll call were Rasmussen, Troutman, Koller, Barrington, Knapp President Stahl and Village Clerk Rasmussen. Village Sec./Treas. Hofer, Steve Klein representing Tom Jacobs Associates, the TIF 1 administrators, Drew Black and Phil Perkins Representing the Auten Terrace Living Center.

An overview of the facility and proposed site plan was unveiled by Drew Black and Phil Perkins. Design and engineering work has been done by Farnsworth Group. The active senior living community is ADA accessible and will be constructed on the former Collins property on North Town Ave., South of the Day Care certer, with the entrance on North Town Ave. The facility will be for persons 55 years of age and older.

Motion by Troutman and second by Barrington to adjourn the meeting was received and President Stahl adjourned the meeting at 8:12 PM
